What happens if a Nuclias Access Point cannot connect to Nuclias server?

Depending on when in the installation cycle this happens, you are advised to follow different actions.

  • If this problem occurs during the installation phase of Nuclias Access Point, check the network to ensure that the port the Nuclias AP is connected to can access the Internet.
  • If a Nuclias AP, loses connectivity to the Nuclias cloud after it had been set up and provisioned then the Nuclias access point will continue to retain the last known configuration. Once the connection between the AP and Cloud is reestablished any configuration changes will be applied and the AP will automatically be restarted.
