Please make sure that if your D-Link Cloud Camera is already registered with mydlink Cloud Service.
Step 1: Launch your web browser and enter https://www.mydlink.com/:


Step 2: Enter your ID (email) and password at the login screen and click Sign in:


Step 3: Select the camera and click Settings:


Step 4: Place a Check next to Sound Detection.

Step 5: Slide the level bar up or down to the sound level you want. Then, click Next to continue. Any noise above the threshold you choose will trigger a notification.


Step 6: Click Finish to save the current motion detection configuration:


Step 7: Click Save:

Step 8: Select Yes to confirm saving changes.
