1. Safety Recommendations
- Operating temperature: 0 °C to 40 °C.
- Operating humidity: 20% to 80% (non-condensing).
- Use a charger and charging cable that comply with applicable safety standards and are compatible with the specifications of this device.
- Charge the device in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated environment.
- During charging, maintain an ambient temperature between 0 °C and 40 °C.
- Do not charge the device on soft surfaces, such as beds or sofas, or in any location where ventilation may be obstructed.
- Unplug the charger immediately after the device is fully charged. Do not leave the device unattended while charging, and do not charge the device while sleeping.
- Charge the device before the battery is completely depleted.
- To maintain battery performance, it is recommended to charge the device at least once every three months.
- For power bank products, do not use the device while it is being charged and discharged at the same time.
2. Storage and Maintenance
Daily Storage
- Store the device in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight and keep the device away from heat sources and high-temperature environments.
- Protect the device from impacts, crushing, and drops.
- Do not place the battery in extremely low-pressure environments, as this may cause an explosion or the leakage of flammable liquids or gases.
- Keep the device away from rain, snow, and liquids. If liquid enters the device, stop using it immediately.
- Do not store the device near metal objects such as keys, coins, or jewelry, as this may cause a short circuit.
Long-Term Storage
- Storage temperature: -20 °C to 35 °C.
- Storage humidity: 5% to 45% (non-condensing).
- If the device will be stored for an extended period, maintain the battery charge level at approximately 70%.
- Charge the device at least once every three months to prevent the battery from becoming over-discharged.
- Ensure that all ports remain clean and dry at all times.
3. Safety Precautions
To reduce the risk of fire, explosion, property damage, or personal injury, DO NOT:
- Disassemble, modify, or attempt to repair the device.
- Use or store the device in environments with high temperatures or high humidity.
- Store the device near flammable or explosive materials.
- Cover the device or block its ventilation openings during use or charging.
- Use uncertified, damaged, or incompatible chargers or charging cables.
- Subject the device to strong impacts, crushing, puncturing, or other forms of physical damage.
- Replace the battery, repair, modify, or disassemble the device without authorization. Improper battery replacement, unauthorized repairs, or incorrect operation may cause the battery to overheat, swell, vent, or leak.
Damage or malfunctions caused by unauthorized repair, disassembly, modification, or the use of unauthorized or unapproved parts are not covered by the warranty.
