The D-Link DGS-1224TP is the first product of Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) Gigabit Smart Switch, which has consistent Web GUI interface, look & feel with existing Smart Switches. This new PoE Smart Switch integrates more management functions that deliver performance, scalability, ease-of-use, and affordability.

In addition, the DGS-1224T incorporates more security features, like Denial of Service protection or D-Link Safeguard Engine to prevent switch from virus infection or worm scanning.
