How to solve SQL error with CWM-100
If you see the following error in CWM-100:
Connect to database failed: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061)
Is the server running on host "localhost" (::1) and accepting TCP/IP connection on port 5432?

Is the server running on host "localhost" (127.0.0.1) and accepting TCP/IP connec-tion on port 5432?
Follow the below procedure:
- Uninstall CWM and the AP modules
- Install Postgres directly from this site: http://www.enterprisedb.com/products-services-training/pgdownload#windows
- Delete the Postgres user in Users
- Install CWM again
- Once installed, the user Postrgres will be recreated
- CWM should now work correctly
- Install the AP modules, update the firmware for the APs
