MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS, BARCELONA – March 1, 2015 – D-Link today announced the launch of the EyeOn Baby Monitor HD 360 (DCS-855L) across Europe.

Representing a new generation of monitoring solutions for the modern parent, the camera works seamlessly with the free mydlink Baby mobile app to transform smartphones and tablets into top-of-the-line baby monitors. It features remote pan and tilt functionality, allowing parents to adjust their viewing angle straight from their mobile device to get a 360-degree view.

For full flexibility, the EyeOn Baby Monitor HD 360 can also be used as a portable solution that parents can take on holiday, and in situations where there isn’t a readily available Internet connection. The camera’s Direct Connect mode lets you wirelessly connect your mobile device directly to your camera, which takes away the need for an Internet connection.

Unlike traditional monitoring solutions, the EyeOn Baby Monitor HD 360 helps parents keep watch over their babies whether they’re at home or away with a Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G connection from a smartphone or tablet device. In addition to allowing parents to view their little ones, the wireless camera also comes with two-way audio, sound and motion detection, a temperature sensor, a microSD card and five classic lullabies. The camera also allows parents to upload personalised lullabies or favourite bedtime stories via the microSD card.

Designed to be simple to set up and easy to use, the EyeOn Baby Monitor HD 360 works seamlessly with the free mobile app for iOS® and Android® devices to allow for simple management of all the camera’s features directly from a mobile device.

Featuring infrared LEDs that provide up to 5 metres of visibility in the dark, the camera provides a clear picture day or night. It also sends notifications when sound, motion or room temperature changes are detected, enabling parents to check in immediately to make sure everything is alright. Parents with more than one child can view and manage multiple D-Link EyeOn Baby Monitors through the mydlink Baby app.
