D-Link, a global leader in connectivity solutions, has added two new access points to its Nuclias Cloud Range with the Wireless AC1300 Wave 2 Outdoor Cloud-Managed Access Points (DBA-3620P and DBA-3621P). The new launch offers a robust and scalable network management system, providing SMBs and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) with the ability to expand and monitor outdoor networks from anywhere, at any time.

The Wireless AC1300 Wave 2 Outdoor Cloud-Managed Access Points are built with lightning-fast dual-band 802.11ac Wave 2 wireless, with combined speeds of up to 1,300 Mbps, delivering reliable, high-speed performance to businesses with a growing network of connected devices. The advanced outdoor access points include enhanced Wi-Fi security with the latest WPA3 authentication, delivering enterprise-grade security to keep sensitive business information protected.

When connectivity is required outdoors, the Wireless AC1300 Wave 2 Outdoor Cloud-Managed Access Points can be placed in a range of environments. The IP55-rated DBA-3620P affords protection against rain and dust for regular outdoor deployments. The IP67-rated DBA-3621P is ideal for industrial applications with its dust-tight housing and protection against full-immersion in water for up to 30-minutes. The ruggedised design allows the access points to operate in harsh conditions within a temperature range of -40 to 50°C, making them ideal for businesses, such as hotels or restaurants, as well as warehouses and factories which require a better connection in outside spaces or challenging environments.

What’s more, the Wireless AC1300 Wave 2 Outdoor Cloud-Managed Access Points can be centrally controlled with Nuclias Cloud Management via mobile app or web-browser portal. This allows businesses to more effectively organise their wireless networks, manage multiple access points simultaneously, and monitor live network statistics, to save time and resources.

The Wireless AC1300 Wave 2 Outdoor Cloud-Managed Access Points do not require on-site setup and once connected, they automatically retrieve configuration settings. This makes it an easy and cost-effective solution for small businesses who do not have an on-site administrator, and for MSPs who want to expand their network at scale.
