Step 1: Open a web browser and type the IP address of the D-Link series router into the address bar (default is 192.168.0.1).
Step 2: The default username is
admin (all lower case) and the default password is blank (nothing). Click on OK.
Step 3: Click the
Advanced tab at the top, then click
QoS Engine on the left.
Step 4: Setup the
QoS Engine Rules:

Enter a Name for your Rule

Enter the Priority number (1-255) in the Priority field. (1 being the highest)

Enter the computers/device IP address in the Local IP Range

Enter the ports you want to prioritze in Local Port Range

Leave the Remote IP Range with it´s default settings.

Leave the Remote Port Range with it´s default settings.
Step 5: Check mark the box pertaining to the newly entered fields.
Step 6: Click on
Save Settings.
The above rule prioritizes HTTP (port 80) traffic to one computer (192.168.0.100)
