How do I disable Advanced DNS on my DIR Series Router?

Step 1: Open a web browser and type http://192.168.0.1 in the address field and hit enter. You will be prompted for a username and password.

Login as admin and enter in your password (by default there is no password).



Step 2: Go to the Setup tab on the top, Select Internet on the left hand side and click Manual Internet Connection Setup.



Step 3: Down below there is a check box called Enable Advanced DNS, click the check box and ensure it is unchecked and then Save Settings.
