How do you rebind a new controller on a DSN-5000 series iSCSI controller after a failover?

DSN-5000 series arrays with firmware 2.7.x and before must be rebooted to rebind a new controller. DSN-5000 series arrays with firmware 2.8.x and after will automatically bebind a newly inserted controller with the surviving controller without having to reboot the unit.
