Why can't I see Netflix or any other App on my Boxee Box

The Boxee Box is designed to only display apps and online content that is available/viewable to your region.

Your region is determined by your Public IP address (Internet Service Provider). With this address, the Boxee Box can determine if you are located in Canada, USA or anywhere else in the world.

Unfortunately not all content is accessible from all regions.

The Netflix app is currently only available in North America (US and Canada). If the Boxee Box is connected outside of North America, the App will most likely not be accessible.

If you are located in North America and the Netflix app is not visible, you can do a search for it in the APP library. This is done from the Apps section of the Boxee Box UI.
