My Boxee Box was working recently but suddenly cannot connect to my wireless network

If you encounter this issue, start with the basics to regain functionality.

Power cycle the Boxee Box
Unplug and replug the power connection at the back of the Box At the Home Screen, go to Settings > Network and select the wizard.

Power cycle your router
Unplug and replug the power connection at the back of your router. At the Home Screen, go to Settings > Network and select the wizard.

Ensure correct wireless network is being used
After scanning for wireless networks, look for your wireless network name If you can not see your wireless network, then restore your Boxee Box to factory settings.

Resetting to factory default
Press and Hold the Power button down for 6 seconds and release, Boxee´s Led will turn orange and the Recovery menu will be displayed. Select Factory Restore and then follow the instructions.
