I get error 0x320 on my Boxee Box, What can I do?

Error 0x320 is typically generated when a firmware update has failed.

In order to correct this, the firmware will need to be manually installed.

Note: In order to upgrade the firmware manually, you will need a USB flash drive.

Step 1: Download the latest Boxee Box firmware at http://bbx.boxee.tv/download/boxeebox. The downloaded file will be named boxee.iso, and that name must be maintained.
Step 2: Copy the boxee.iso file to a thumb/flash drive. Make sure the file is in the root directory (Not in a folder)
Step 3: Power down the Boxee Box.
Step 4: Power up the Boxee Box by pressing and holding the power button for 6-10 seconds. Upon release, the Box will boot with the logo turned orange/yellow.
Step 5: Once the Recovery Menu appears, Select  Factory Restore.
Step 6: Connect your thumb drive to the Boxee Box, wait 2 seconds, then select Upgrade from USB from the menu, and follow on-screen instructions.
