Our technicians are trained to resolve most networking problems. If it is determined that the technician cannot solve the customers problem within the first few minutes the call may be escalated to a senior technician. In certain circumstances callbacks may be made to ensure customer satisfaction.

The D-Link Quick Adapter Setup Wizard walks you through the installation process and configures your new Wireless N Nano USB Adapter for you. Also included is the Wireless Connection Manager that can save settings for the networks you frequently use the most.
