Our technicians are trained to resolve most networking problems. If it is determined that the technician cannot solve the customers problem within the first few minutes the call may be escalated to a senior technician. In certain circumstances callbacks may be made to ensure customer satisfaction.

The DP-101P+ has a built in Web based management feature that allows users to easily configure and manage multiple print queues through TCP/IP. Additionally, the DP-101P+'s integrated support for Telnet provides an alternative method to configure the unit.
