The DI-624S Wireless 108G USB Storage Router creates an 802.11g wireless network and shares a single broadband Internet connection throughout your home or office. Featuring two USB ports, USB hard drives can be attached and shared with users connected to the router. Access saved media files or simply back up files.

The integrated advanced parental control features allow everyone in your family to have a fun yet safe time accessing online content. For increased protection, the DI-624S includes a free limited trial of Trend Micro™ Home Network Security***. Trend Micro Home Network Security provides global or per-user parental control settings, virus protection, and spyware detection to protect your network.

For maximum security, the DI-624S also provides dual firewall functionality, with both Network Address Translation (NAT) and Stateful Packet Inspection (SPI) technology to help secure and protect your network from hackers and malicious attacks. For wireless users, you can use WPA-PSK encryption to protect your wireless data.

Setting up your DI-624S is a straightforward process using the Setup Wizard and user-friendly web-based management utility. For computers running Windows® XP Service Pack 2, take advantage of Windows® Connect Now and simplify the configuration of your wireless settings. Simply store configuration information on a USB flash drive, and then transfer these same settings to other wireless devices. Reduce the hassle of configuring wireless settings for multiple devices.

The DI-624S Wireless 108G USB Storage Router is Wi-Fi certified for industry wide interoperability, and is backward compatible with any existing 802.11b devices you may already own. The built in 4-port switch allows you to connect up to four Ethernet-enabled devices such as additional computers or network printers.
