The Premium Services staff have many years of experience in computer or computer related fields, with degrees, training and certifications in Engineering, A+, C+ CCNA, MCSE, and D-Link Technology.

Our technicians are trained to resolve most networking problems. If it is determined that the technician cannot solve the customers problem within the first few minutes the call may be escalated to a senior technician. In certain circumstances callbacks may be made to ensure customer satisfaction.
