The D-Link DFB-H7 is a combination 7-port USB 2.0 and 1394 Firewire hub that brings together two popular high speed connectivity technologies for an all-in-one, high speed, high performance solution for digital media applications.

The D-Link DFB-H7 USB 2.0/Firewire Combo Hub is a combination 6-port USB 2.0 and 1394 FireWire hub that brings together two popular high-speed technologies for an all-in-one, high-speed, high performance solution for digital media peripherals.

Connect all of your digital media peripherals with the DFB-H7. With four USB 2.0 ports for connecting all of your USB peripherals and two FireWire ports, you have plenty of available ports to connect your digital video camcorder, hard drive, digital camera, Web cam or other FireWire and USB devices. The DFB-H7 is compliant with both USB 2.0 and FireWire standards, and a total of up to 189 devices (127 USB devices and 63 FireWire) can be daisy-chained.

The DFB-H7 is a true plug and play solution requiring no extra drivers and supports both PCs and Macs and all the popular operating systems including Windows 98SE, Windows Me, Windows XP, Windows 2K, and Mac OS JaguarTM 10.1 and above.

Compact and portable, the DFB-H7 can be integrated into any home or office environment connects immediately to your multimedia peripherals. Both a FireWire cable and a 6 ft. USB 2.0 cable are included with the DFB-H7 for connecting to a host computer or hub.
