Our technicians are trained to resolve most networking problems. If it is determined that the technician cannot solve the customers problem within the first few minutes the call may be escalated to a senior technician. In certain circumstances callbacks may be made to ensure customer satisfaction.

The DCS-30 Internet Camera Outdoor Enclosure features a front-hinged lid, two adjustable cable glands on the bottom, and a heavy duty, angle-adjustable mounting bracket that can be used to secure the camera on a vertical or horizontal surface.
