Can I stack the DWS-3026 or DWS-4026 switches together using the 10G slots?

The DWS-3026 and DWS-4026 switches do not have stacking mode. The 10G slots are to be used as regular ports.

You can still connect the switches together using the 10G slots but they will not form one logical unit like in stacking mode.
