Why am I not able connect to my USB devices using SharePort Utility?
Step 1: Security software such as firewalls, etc. may be interrupting communication between your PC and the router. Please add SharePort Utility to the exception list on your firewall or Anti virus firewall software.
Step 2: The router may not support the USB device.
Step 3: The router or the Ethernet hub or switch may have a problem with its connection, power supply or operation.
Step 4: The USB cable may not be properly connected to router or USB device.
Step 5: The start-up process of the router may not be finished yet.
Step 6: The driver of the USB device may not be installed properly.
