Does the use of multiple DSN-5000-10 expansion arrays slow down the performance of the primary DSN-5110-10, DSN-5210-10 or DSN-5410-10 xStack SAN arrays?

No. The more JBODs used in an xStack Array, the more I/O performance you will achieve.
