If your Boxee Box will not boot up, please try the following steps:
Step 1: Ensure the Boxee Box is directly connected to your television with a HDMI cable.
Note: HDMI Converters are not officially supported by the Boxee Box and may not work properly.
Step 2: Perform a Factory Restore (Revert Firmware to factory defaults)-
Turn off the Boxee Box with the power switch on the top of the box.

Press and hold the power button for approx 5 - 8 seconds.

The Boxee Box will restart with a gray screen and take a longer time to load.

Eventually the green Boxee logo on the box will turn yellow/orange.

Then a Recovery menu will appear with different options.

Select Factory Restore
Note: Factory Restore only removes the Boxee firmware. All user settings are saved and the database is not removed. In order to clear all user settings use the Reset Settings option.
Step 3: If your Boxee Box still will not boot, try plugging the Boxee Box into another HDTV with a direct HDMI connection.
