Apps on my Boxee Box are not working/loading, what can I do?

Note: The following is only applicable to Official Boxee Apps. 3rd Party apps (Repositories) are not controlled/supported by Boxee

In the event an app is not working, power down/reboot the Boxee Box

If the apps is still not working, the issue may be on the Boxee Servers. To determine this, Boxee would require the event logs from your Boxee Box.

Please email your log files with a brief description of the issue (Which app is not working) to Boxee Support
