Can I power my DCS-7110 with the DWL-P200/P50?

Unfortunately no.

The DCS-7110 camera require 12VDC and 1.25A power supply, however both DWL-P50 and DWL-P200 only provide 12VDC and 1A,

D-Link suggests using a PoE switch to power the camera.
