How can I access my KVM-410 over the Internet?

To connect to the KVM-410 over the internet you will need to create a Port Forwarding or Virtual Server rule in your routers firewall to open port 9000 to the IP address of the KVM-410.

Note: If you are using the JavaClient port 9002 will be used instead of 9000


Step 1: Insert the CD or download the Windows Client from the D-Link support website and install

Step 2: Open the WinClient program for the KVM-410



Step 3: Enter the WAN IP address of were the PC you want to connect to is at under Server: and click Connect



Step 4: You will get a prompt to enter your "User name" and "Password" by default the User name is administrator and the Password is password



Step 5: Click "Switch to Remote View"
