How do I upgrade the firmware on my DWL-2700AP, DWL-3200AP, DWL-7700AP and DWL-8200AP?

Step 1: First you need to download the newest firmware for your device from http://support.dlink.com

Step 2: Please log into you D-Link Wireless Access Point, by entering it´s IP address into the address bar of your favorite web browser.

The default IP is 192.168.0.50, the default user name is admin and there is no default password.



Step 3: Then we need to login to the firmware page of the Wireless Access Point by selecting Tools -> Firmware and SSL Certification Upload



Step 4: Then click the Browse button and select the firmware downloaded from http://support.dlink.com



Step 5: Then press the upload button and wait as your D-Link Wireless Access Point upgrades it´s firmware.



Step 6: Once this process has finished you have now successfully upgraded the firmware on your D-Link Wireless Access Point. You can now log into your Access Point again.
