I love the DI-524 and DI-604 routers because they allow you to recover quickly. When my girlfriend called up a certain
DSL-phone company to fix a problem, the technician totally tore the whole network apart, tossed the router away, forced her
to install unneeded software and left the whole thing unoperable. I drove up that weekend, and in 5 minutes had
diagnosed the problem, took 1 minute to reinsert the router and restored the whole network to its originally healthy
condition. The problem? A combo printer/fax/copier telephone jack malfunctioned, pulling the DSL down.
The solution? Only using a D-Link router to restore sanity to an insane situation. Thanks D-Link for getting us up quickly and properly! Randy R.

I kept having trouble with my old hub so I purchased a new DI-604 router. I have always had great luck with D-Link products. I unpacked the unit and in about 3 minutes I had my home network back up and running. I specially like the documentation with the well displayed illustrations. Great job D-Link. Dwight A.

I just wanted to pass on an atta-boy for your product. I was having trouble with my cable modem, when it was plugged in it would lock up my computer even if not surfing the web. I connected a DI-604 Ethernet broadband router and it now works great. Thank you, Craig R.

I recently purchased your D-Link DI-604 4 Port Ethernet Broadband Router and I was blown away by it. The price was stunning (way cheaper than (competitor))! At first I kind of questioned why it was so inexpensive ($50.00 CND), but that didn't stop me from buying it. As soon as I got it home and opened the box I was shocked at how small it was (it was the same size as my D-Link ADSL Modem). I took it down to where my Telus ADSL connection was and all my other network cords and started connecting them all up. Plugged in the power and switched on the computers. As soon as they all came on I saw that they were already sharing documents and I just needed to configure my Broadband Sharing. It couldn't have been simpler! I just typed in an address and went through the wizard. Within and couple minutes I had all computers on the Internet with no problems. I have had this router running for at least 2 weeks and have found no problems AT ALL with it. It's fast, reliable and was a extremely good price. The nice thing is it has a built in firewall in it so no more yearly renewals. I would have to say with in 5 minutes I had the router all connected and sharing files plus the Internet. I would definitely recommend this router to anyone!! Barret N.

I recently purchased a DI-604 Broadband Router. At the time, I had just purchased a second computer and was looking for the least expensive way to network the two computers together and allow for sharing of my DSL Internet service. I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first when a salesman at my local electronics store told me he had a CAD$50 router, but when he told me it was a D-Link, I thought it was worth a second look. After doing some research on the Internet, I was convinced that this was truly the best value I had seen! Your company had the amazing business sense to release a product that the average consumer could afford, while not sacrificing the many features (security, etc.) that even a home user requires these days. It took me no longer than 10 minutes to connect and set-up my local area network, and it has been smooth sailing ever since! Well done D-Link!! A Loyal D-Link Customer

The DI-604 has got to be the easiest router to install, use, and configure. I was up and running in less than 5 minutes without adding software or making numerous changes. I feel more confident knowing my system is protected from hackers. Kudos on a job well done D-Link! Robert A.

Thanks D-LINK!! I have worked with D-Link products before and they have all been great. I have also worked with (competitor) products before and none of them worked or were as easy to install as the D-Link DI-604 four Port Router! Excellent Price, Excellent Value. This was my first experience with networking & wireless. I found these products (DWL-A650, DWL-5000AP, and DI-604) very easy to set up and use, and since the start have been trouble-free. I can’t comment on Tech support, because I just didn't need it! Usually on something like this, tech support and I become best friends, but I had these up and running on the first try and in record time(for me)! I would recommend these products to anyone!! Please pass this e-mail on, My kids just got into the Xbox Live Beta Test. In order to hook up 3 pc's to the internet and hook the Xbox Gaming System online also I bought a D-Link competitor's Router. Well...I have to say...it didn't work. I took it back and saw your Dl-604 Router onsale. I must say that it was very easy to hook up. Everything took off very nicely. Since I am testing the Xbox Live system out...I left alot of messages in the newsgroups on how easy and simple your router worked. Thank you again for a GREAT product, Curt H.
