To change or obtain an IP address automatically for the DWL-2100AP,DWL-2200AP and DWL-7100AP follow the steps below:

Step 1 Open your web browser and type the IPaddress of the access point in the address bar. The default IPaddress is 192.168.0.50. At the login, enter your username (admin)and password (default password is blank).

Step 2 Click on the Home tab andthen click LAN.

Step 3 Select Dynamic (DHCP) fromthe drop-down list if you want the access point to receive an IPaddress automatically from a DHCP server or router, otherwisechange the IP address manually (static).

We strongly suggest using a static IP address. The IP address isnot used for networking, only for configuration. Make sure the IPaddress is within the same IP range as your network.

Step 4 Click the Apply button andclick Continue to restart the access point.
