Former D-Link President and Vice Chairman Returns as CEO

TAIPEI, Taiwan — April 8, 2008 — D-Link Corporation, the end-to-end networking solutions provider for consumer and business, today announced that its Board of Directors has elected John Lee as the Company's new Chairman and CEO.

One of the original major founders of D-Link, Mr. Lee served as Chairman and CEO of Alpha Networks, a spin-off of D-Link’s OEM/ODM business unit. Prior to Alpha Networks, he served as CTO, President and Vice Chairman of D-Link Corporation. Mr. Lee received his bachelor and master’s degrees in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University. He is holding the inventor position for over 30 major important networking technology patents.
