PRODUCT MARKETING SPECIALIST

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and update the main product details as part of the product deliverables, including the product pages on Salesforce and uploading content into the content library (CMS).
  • Work closely with product management and product marketing team members to develop consistent, concise and effective messaging and value propositions to be used on various product collateral including data sheets and packaging.
  • Development of product positioning statements and compelling product value propositions.
  • Assist the product marketing category managers with the creation of content for sales tools, including collateral, presentations, demonstrations, web content, and sales training tools.
  • Manage the monthly update of the business and consumer price list for US and Canada regions.
  • Provide support for managing new content and deliverables including product selectors, web content to syndicate to partners, product guides and other product oriented deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Direct experience in Product Marketing.
  • Experience with managing product launches.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • The candidate must be well organized, self-motivated and capable of seeing projects through to completion.

PRODUCT MARKETING - CONSUMER CAMERA AND MULTIMEDIA

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Product launch and product launch strategy.
  • Communication and marketing of vision for the consumer IP camera and multimedia category- ensuring D-Link Systems is seen as the leader in wireless solutions.
  • Development of product positioning statements and compelling product value propositions.
  • Creation of content for sales tools, including content for collateral, presentations, demonstrations, web and sales training tools.
  • Sales training in terms of product capabilities and effective sales strategy for D-Link consumer cameras and multimedia products for internal sales terms and channel partners.
  • Act as a spokesperson for D-Link business networking products with trade analysts, press, media, customers and channel partners.
  • Development of pricing strategy and setting price points through the product life-cycle.
  • Responsible for product portfolio and Life-Cycle Management; including end-of-life transition plan, pricing and competitive positioning.
  • Work with field and corporate marketing teams to provide content for solutions-oriented lead-generation programs.
  • Work closely with package design team on packaging strategy, design and content.
  • Develop and deliver highly effective, customer –facing product and solution demos.
  • Responsible for US and Canada product category execution and effective collaboration and coordination with stakeholders across the North America region.
  • Work with Alliance and Business Development teams to strategize and plan joint go-to-market activities and deliverables with key partners.
  • Work closely with product management to drive product strategy – provide voice of customer and sales input into product plans.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Direct experience in Product Marketing.

ENTERPRISE SERVICE ENGINEER

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Stay informed with the industry's technical knowledge
  • Assist with the maintenance of various technical environments
  • Lead and support in various projects to help support D-Link’s clients
  • Available to support operations 24/7 remotely or on-site at various client locations
  • Train and guide technical team members
  • Assist and train Sales Engineers as necessary
  • The candidate must be well organized, self-motivated and flexible.
Qualifications:
  • Experienced with all aspects of Internetworking
  • Direct experience with managing Servers and Desktops – Linux, Windows, etc.
  • Knowledge of SANs and NAS solutions – D-Link, EMC, HP
  • Knowledge of PBX – Avaya, Nortel, Mitel
  • Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Security – Firewalls, Cameras and Policies
  • Experience with Datacenters in regards to buildouts, deployments, integration
  • Cloud Computing and Salesforce knowledge preferred
  • Experience with Mobile computing and applications preferred
  • Strong consideration for the following certifications: DNP/DCS, CCNA/CCNP/CCIE, MCSE, CISSP, JNCIS/JNCIP/JNCIE

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING INTERN

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Write and edit content for D-Link social networks to educate, advertise and promote the company and its products
  • Monitor online conversations (on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Retail Sites etc.) about D-Link and its products
  • Schedule and track posts through social media platform
  • Analyze trends and reporting on campaigns, contests and day-to-day engagement
  • Participation in key strategic planning sessions
Qualifications:
  • Current enrollment in college level courses (college graduates are not eligible)
  • Must have strong aptitude for writing and attention-to-detail
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel required
  • Interest in technology and networking products
  • Familiar with social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter
  • The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic and dedicated to a career in marketing, be a team player and willing to contribute to D-Links future success
  • Must be available at least 20 hours per week during business hours Monday- Friday
