D-Link's Hsin-chu production facilities in Taiwan have been qualified by leading IT companies, including IBM, Matsushita Electrical Industrial Co. and Mitsubishi Electrical Corp. QA Center

Quality control procedures include a burn-in period for finished products, production reliability audits, failure analysis for identification of production problems and customer service. The testing systems assure the quality of D-Link's products and help control manufacturing costs. In August 1995, D-Link became the first Novell Labs Certification Alliance (NCA) member to operate in full affiliation with Novell Inc. in Asia. D-Link's labs now perform extensive, twenty-four-hour-a-day tests for compatibility with not only NetWare, but also Microsoft Windows, Unix and other popular operating systems. |
