Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Mississauga, Ontario - Canada

Position Overview:

D-Link is looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our Business Solutions Sales department. This role identifies and develops opportunities for Business Solutions’ product offering and works with the Field Account Executives to grow revenue in their territory. We are looking for an individual who is technically inclined and willing to learn and grow with the company. This position pays a competitive base salary plus commission. This is not an immediate vacancy; however we are accepting resumes for future opportunities.


  • Responsible for driving new sales opportunities and accounts through phone and email
  • Increase sales and relationships with our resellers within the territory by training, developing new accounts, and creating sales opportunities
  • Responsible for quota achievement
  • Responsible for logging all activities in, including pipeline generation and forecasting
  • This person will also provide support to Field Account Executives
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience Required: 

  • Fluency in French is mandatory (Written and Verbal)
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong written communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or related field is ideal but recent grads are welcome to apply
  • Track record of success in achieving measurable monthly lead development/sales goals
  • Post-secondary Education in a related field or equivalent is required
  • Must have the ability to understand and convey business issues and technical concepts
  • Knowledge of computer networking preferred
