What can I do if my DCS-6517 is not working correctly?
• First you need check the camera LED status.
If not, please make sure that:
- Your router’s internet connections are working.
- Your camera has a working Internet connection.
• If your camera is still not working, please Reset the camera and run the install set up again.
Please refer to the below ways:
Method 1: Press the reset button on board for 10 seconds:
Method 2: (If you have cable harness) Press the reset button on the cable harness (It’s an optional accessory!!) for 10 seconds:
Note: Model name of cable harness: DCS-11.
