Before you start using the D-Link Self Service Portal, please read the following:

1. The Self Service Portal is only compatible with the Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers (version 6, 7 or 8) and Firefox 3.0.3.
2. You will need to accept the installation of an Internet Explorer plug-in the first time you attempt to upload or download any files through the Self Service Portal.
3. If you have any difficulties logging into the Self Service Portal please contact support.
